Excellent experience. Highly would recommend. Felt invited from the front lobby staff to the nice wellness items that were in my unit. After paying the $135, I felt as though I really got from them the money's worth plus a bit more than any average hotel. To have such a clean well maintained hotel like this I'm sure the team is hard at work. I wish you all a big thanks and would love to return once more in future planning. This place and the staff are soo amazing! They gave my family and I the most memorable experience possible for my doctoral graduation stay. The whole staff all the way to the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were beyond expectations. This is the go-to place for life! Special shoutout to Ericka for her support during my stay!
Can’t beat location, right in the heart of Ballston. We’ve been in 2 different rooms and both have amazing views. Cool lobby Vibe like a W hotel. All the staff have been incredibly helpful. I know I’m missing names but two I know are Erika and the GM Derrick. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed
It was my second time staying here and I loved it! With the apartment like set up it truly feels like a home away from home. Having a kitchen is so helpful. The building has amazing amenities like the convenience store in the lobby. Anthony at the front desk is a gem and goes above and beyond to make people here feel welcome!
